Dr. Shalu Kasliwal

Dr. Shalu is a medical doctor and seasoned pharmaceutical professional with more than two decades of experience in various domains of pharmaceutical industry. She has extensively worked in clinical development, pharmacovigilance, medical operations and medical affairs.

She worked for various global clinical trials (Phase I to IV) across different therapeutic areas like Oncology, Rheumatology, Dermatology etc. ensuring protocol compliance, managed safety and medical aspects of various NCE/NBE, biosimilars and small molecules. She played key role in various regulatory interactions related to scientific advisory, protocol approval and market authorization process.

She has rich experience in audits and inspections with various regulatory agencies including FDA, EMEA, PMDA,  ANVISA  etc. and audited multiple CROs  as a part of selection process for project allocations.

Dr. Shalu had been associated with organizations like Parexel, Dr. Reddy’s Lab, Cliantha Research etc.; established multiple teams during her tenure and led them successfully in achieving excellence.
