Dr. Ajoy Kumar Roy is an Anaesthesilogist by profession and an experienced pharmaceutical leader with versatile R&D skills and more than 30 years of experience in medical affairs, drug development and safety / Pharmacovigilance. 

Have experience of working in CADILA Labs, ICI ( ZENECA ), EliLilly, Accenture & PAREXEL.

• Experienced in setting up the first Outsourced Pharmaco-vigilance operation for BMS (USA)in India ( ACCENTURE) – Transitioned , replicated and functionalized the operation in a BPO environment with delivering submission-ready safety documents for US and EU regulatory agencies.

• Established the Medical Safety (PV Center of excellence and delivery hub ),Medical Monitoring data review global center in PAREXEL as first employee of PAREXEL (India) Medical Services.
• Have extensive experience of Global Clinical trial management,Global Pharmaco-vigilance operation , Medical monitoring ,Signal Management and Managing Audit / Inspection and project compliance.
